- 3-1" Firm, 2" Soft, 3" Firm support inserts

Here's exactly how the core goes into the pocket pillowcase, and how your own pillow slides in on top:
Set It Up
- Unzip the pocket pillowcase and slide the support insert inside.
- Insert your own pillow into the pocket pillowcase, on top of the core.
- Position it so the core sits under the crown of your head — roughly where the back of your head meets your pillow. The lift can be directly beneath your head or on the mattress side, whichever feels comfortable to you.
- Sleep on it like you normally would. No fluffing, no adjusting.
Give It A Few Nights
Your body needs a little time to notice the difference. Pay attention to how your neck and shoulders feel when you wake up, and whether you're repositioning less during the night.
Crown Lift® isn't one insert you have to get right. It's a system you adjust until your pillow feels right.
