You just got your Crown Lift® Starter Kit — here's how to set it up in under a minute.
What's in your box
- 1 Pocket Pillowcase
- 1 – 1" Soft LiftCore™
Watch It In Action
Here's exactly how the core goes into the pocket pillowcase, and how your own pillow slides in on top:
Set It Up
- Unzip the pocket pillowcase and slide the LiftCore™ inside.
- Insert your own pillow into the pocket pillowcase, on top of the core.
- Position it so the core sits under the crown of your head — roughly where the back of your head meets your pillow.
- Sleep on it like you normally would. No fluffing, no adjusting.
Give It A Few Nights
Your body needs a little time to notice the difference. Pay attention to how your neck and shoulders feel when you wake up, and whether you're repositioning less during the night.
Crown Lift® isn't one insert you have to get right. It's a system you adjust until your pillow feels right.

We start every new Starter Kit with the 1" Soft LiftCore™ because it works well with almost any pillow, and it's easy to build on. If you find yourself wanting a little more lift, that's completely normal — it just means you're ready for the next step below.
