The Sanctuary Sleep Guarantee
We want you to love your Crown Lift System. That’s why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Guarantee. If you aren’t sleeping better after consistent use, contact us and we’ll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns for Unopened / Unused Items
If your item is unused and in its original packaging, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
30-Night Guarantee (Opened / Used Items)
If you’ve used the system consistently and aren’t satisfied, you may return it within 30 nights of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any free gifts included with your order are yours to keep. Please send us an email at hello@sanctuarysleepco.com with your order number and reason for return so that we may send you a return shipping label. Please allow us 24-48 hours during weekdays to fulfill this label request.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a Unused item return, items must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve it immediately.
How to Start a Return
Email us at: hello@sanctuarysleepco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
For used items under our 30-Night Guarantee, we may provide the option to donate your item to a local registered charity. This saves you the hassle of repackaging and helps someone in need. Simply send us a photo of your donation receipt, and we’ll issue your full refund immediately.
