The Crown Lift Fitting Studio is a free, 10-question consultation from Sanctuary Sleep Co. It looks at how you sleep and the pillow you already own, then suggests a starting arrangement of Crown Lift inserts to try. It is a comfort exploration, not a medical assessment.

No. Your starting fit appears as soon as you finish the questions. If you would like your fit card sent to you, you can optionally enter your name and email afterward.

It asks what you would like your pillow to do better, how you normally sleep, your build, the type and firmness of your pillow, how much your head sinks in, how the pillow height feels, your mattress firmness, the support feel you prefer, and what you notice about your head position.

No. Crown Lift is designed to work with the pillow you already use. The inserts go in the included pocket pillowcase and your own pillow goes in on top.

Give a setup three to five nights before changing it, and change one thing at a time. If it feels too low, try a higher insert. If it feels too high, try a lower insert or remove one. If it feels too soft, try a firmer insert, and if it feels too firm, try a softer one.

If your answers suggest your pillow may already be high enough, the Fitting Studio suggests trying a little less lift first instead of recommending anything to add.
