CROWN LIFT® RECOVERY For Post-Surgical & Spine-Sensitive Sleep
Shop Crown Lift® — $59
For post-surgical & spine-sensitive sleepers

Built by someone who's actually recovered from neck surgery.

Adjustable Pillow Support System · LiftCore™ Technology

Standard pillows are built for comfort, not for a healing spine. Crown Lift® adds adjustable support underneath the pillow you already have, so your head stays level through the night — instead of guessing with a pillow that was never designed for recovery.

Danielle, founder
recovering from her own 360 fusion

One fixed pillow gives your healing spine one guess.
Crown Lift® gives you three heights to actually get it right.

Sound familiar?

You didn't imagine it — nights really are harder right now

You wake up afraid to move your neck the wrong way.
Your pillow feels fine lying down, but wrong within the hour.
You've stacked extra pillows just so your head won't roll back.
Your surgeon said "keep your neck neutral" — but not how to do that asleep.

None of that means you're doing recovery wrong. It usually means the pillow under your head was never built for a healing spine — most aren't.

The actual problem

It's called Head Drop — and it's exactly what a healing neck can't afford

Every pillow supports you for the first hour. Then it compresses, and your head slowly tips backward as the night goes on — putting pressure right where you're trying to heal, or pushing your chin toward your chest if it's too high the other way.

Crown Lift® doesn't replace your pillow — it adds LiftCore™ support cores inside the included pocket pillowcase, wrapped around the pillow you already use, so your head stays level no matter how the night goes. Start with the softest core and adjust up as your recovery changes, rather than locking into one fixed pillow on day one.

Recovery isn't a straight line — your pillow shouldn't be either

01

Slide your current pillow into the included pocket pillowcase.

02

Start with the 1" core, and add the 2" or 3" as your surgeon clears more movement — three heights from one system, no re-buying.

03

Sleep on it like normal. Change the height anytime your recovery changes — no new pillow, ever.

Works alongside memory foam, down, cooling, and most specialty pillows — the core sits between the pillowcase and your existing pillow, not inside it.

Founder Danielle after her own 360 spinal fusion surgery
Why this exists

I didn't design this in a lab. I designed it after my own fusion.

I've been through serious spinal surgery myself, including a 360 fusion, and I remember exactly what it felt like to realize the pillow I'd used my whole life was working against my recovery every single night — built for comfort, never for support.

Crown Lift® is the pillow I needed and couldn't find. Every core is adjustable because recovery isn't the same on day three as it is on day thirty, and your support shouldn't be locked into one fixed shape either.

Why not just buy a new pillow?

A new pillow is still a guess

A new pillow Crown Lift®
Height One fixed height, whether it's right for your recovery or not Three heights in one system (1", 2", 3") — adjust as you heal
If it's wrong Buy an entirely new pillow and start over Swap the core, keep the pillow

Before you ask

A few things people always want to know

What if I've had spinal fusion or hardware?+

While we don't make medical claims, our founder has personal spinal fusion experience and built this system from that. Traditional pillows with ramps or bolsters can over-extend fused spines. Crown Lift® lets your head rest in a neutral cradle, and you control the elevation using soft foam cores. Always follow your doctor's medical advice.

Which height should I start with after surgery?+

Most people start with the 1" core and lie flat to check how it feels, adding the 2" or 3" only if their head still feels like it's dropping back. There's no single right answer — it depends on your body and where you are in recovery, so start conservative and adjust from there.

Should I check with my surgeon before changing anything?+

Yes, always. Every fusion and every recovery timeline is different, and your surgeon knows your hardware and healing stage better than any product page can. Crown Lift® is a comfort and support accessory, not a substitute for medical guidance.

Does it work with the pillow I already have?+

In most cases, yes. The LiftCore™ core sits inside the included pocket pillowcase, wrapped around your existing pillow — it works alongside memory foam, down, cooling, and most specialty pillows rather than replacing them.

What if it's not right for my recovery?+

You have 30 nights to try it. If it's not a fit, it's a full refund — not store credit.

Recovery deserves a pillow
built for it — not one you're guessing with.

$59 gets you the pocket pillowcase and all three LiftCore™ cores (1", 2", 3"), so you can adjust your support as your recovery changes, instead of buying a new pillow every time something shifts.
