1. Who We Are

The Clue-Less House Drop a Chat is a product of Sanctuary Sleep LLC, a company based in the United States. The Clue-Less House Drop a Chat is a personal wellness logging companion designed to help you track symptoms, organize health thoughts, and prepare for doctor visits.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the app experience:

• Account information: Your email address, name, and password (encrypted)
• Profile information (optional): Date of birth, phone number, address, emergency contact, doctor name, insurance provider — only if you choose to add them
• Health logs: Symptom entries, severity ratings, sleep logs, mood check-ins, and Crown Lift tracking data that you voluntarily enter
• Appointment data: Doctor appointments you add to the calendar
• Community posts: Messages posted in community threads under your chosen username
• Usage data: Basic app usage for performance and error tracking only

We do not collect: location data, contacts, camera access, microphone access, or any data without your explicit input.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is:

• Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Encrypted at rest on secure servers
• Protected by row-level security — meaning only your account can access your records

4. Who Can See Your Data

Only you. Your health logs, profile info, and personal data are locked to your account. The Drop a Chat team cannot view your individual health entries. Other users cannot see your data. Community posts are visible to community members under your chosen username only — your health logs remain completely separate and private.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or share your personal information or health data with any third party for commercial purposes. Period. No advertisers. No data brokers. No exceptions.

6. AI Chat & Third-Party Services

Drop a Chat uses Anthropic Claude AI to power the chat companion feature. When you send a message in chat, it is processed through Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to API usage. We do not store chat conversations in our own database — they exist only during your session.

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — app hosting and deployment
• Anthropic — AI chat processing
• Lovable-App hosting and deployment

7. Children's Privacy

Drop a Chat is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights & Data Control

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through your Profile page
• Edit your profile information at any time
• Delete individual log entries within the app
• Request full account deletion — email us at hello@sanctuarysleepco.com and we will delete all your data within 30 days. You can also delete your account within the app yourself through the profile section inside the Closet.
• Export your data by using the Care Team Summary feature to generate and download your logs

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your account and all associated data:

• Email hello@sanctuarysleepco.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Include the email address associated with your Drop a Chat account
• We will confirm deletion within 30 days

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Drop a Chat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
